Vetivert (Vetiveria zizanoides), also known as vetiver, is steam distilled from the roots of a tall tropical grass. Its aroma is sweet, woody and smoky with a caramel warmth.

A deep base note, it anchors a blend and pairs well with Cananga, Ylang-Ylang and Cedarwood Texas, recalling damp earth after rain.

Aromatics: Sweet, woody, caramel and smoky.

How to use

Diffusion: Use three or four drops in an essential oil diffuser.

Topical Application: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil, then apply to the desired area.

Inhaling: Hold the bottle a few inches under your nose and take three deep breaths.
