About us
This website, utamaspice.com.au (the Site), is operated by Oil Baron Distributions Pty Ltd (ABN 61 629 277 354), trading as Utama Spice. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Utama Spice, and "you" means anyone who uses the Site or buys from us.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Our products
Our products are natural and made using traditional Balinese herbal methods, so colour, scent and texture may vary slightly between batches. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the product you receive.

Our products are for external use only unless clearly stated otherwise. Please read each product's label and directions before use. We recommend a patch test before using any new skincare product. Essential oils should be diluted before applying to skin, and kept out of reach of children and pets. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are taking medication, please check with a health professional before use.

Information on the Site about our products and their traditional uses is general information only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged in their country.

We take care to make sure prices and product information are correct. If we find an obvious error in the price or description of a product you've ordered, we'll contact you and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy from us. We accept your order when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment in full.

Some products, including pure essential oils, can only be shipped within Australia. Our Shipping Policy sets out where we ship, delivery times and costs.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to Utama Spice or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Use of the Site
You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with it. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time.

We try to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Where our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
