Refund policy

​If for some reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered from this website you may return only new and unused items within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

We will refund the purchase cost of a product minus shipping costs (no restocking fees) within 7 days; no refund can be made for a product that has been used. ​

It's the customer's responsibility to return the products in their original condition and packaging by mail.
If you are returning flammable liquids (essential oils), please contact us first to discuss.
