A pocket-sized way to take a calm moment anywhere. The set pairs a personal diffuser (a small inhaler with a cotton wick) with our Deep Calming essential oil blend of lavender, rose geranium and cananga, brightened with bergamot and sweet orange.

Add a few drops to the wick, slip it into the inhaler, and breathe in whenever you need a pause.

How to use

Drop 5 to 15 drops of the blend onto the cotton wick.

Insert the wick into the inhaler, then press the base firmly into the bottom.

To use, remove the cap, hold the opening near your nostril and breathe in deeply.

Replace the cap after use.
