Piper Betle (Piper betle), the betel leaf, is steam distilled from the glossy, heart-shaped leaves of the betel vine. Its aroma is pungent and spicy, with smoky, phenolic depth and a bittersweet edge.

A middle note, it adds an unusual dark spice to a blend, as it does alongside Vetiver, Clove and Mint in our Midnight Mint roller.

Aromatics: Pungent, phenolic, spicy, bitter sweet and smoky.

How to use

Diffusion: Use three or four drops in an essential oil diffuser.

Topical Application: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil, then apply to the desired area.

Inhaling: Hold the bottle a few inches under your nose and take three deep breaths.
