Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) smells warm, spicy and gently sweet, like the whole spice freshly grated.

The tree is native to the Banda Islands in eastern Indonesia, long known as part of the Spice Islands. Steam distilled from the seed into a single-ingredient oil, it moves from top to middle note and blends well with Fennel.

Aromatics: Spicy, warm and somewhat sweet.

How to use

Diffusion: Use three or four drops in an essential oil diffuser.

Topical Application: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil, then apply to the desired area.

Inhaling: Hold the bottle a few inches under your nose and take three deep breaths.
