Mint (Mentha arvensis), also known as cornmint, is steam distilled to give a clean, fresh and penetrating aroma led by a strong menthol note.

As a top note it adds a cool, sharp lift. It pairs well with Lemongrass and citrus blends, bringing to mind a handful of fresh leaves crushed between the fingers.

How to use

Diffusion: Use three or four drops in an essential oil diffuser.

Topical Application: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil, then apply to the desired area.

Inhaling: Hold the bottle a few inches under your nose and take three deep breaths.
