Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) smells fresh, clean and bright, and its stalks are a staple of Balinese kitchens, where they star in sambal matah, the island's fresh raw sambal.
Steam distilled into a single-ingredient oil, it opens at the top of the fragrance pyramid and leans towards the middle. Try it with Mint or Ginger in a diffuser blend.

How to use
Diffusion: Use three or four drops in an essential oil diffuser.
Topical Application: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil, then apply to the desired area.
Inhaling: Hold the bottle a few inches under your nose and take three deep breaths.
