Kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix) is tart, sweet and citrusy, and its fragrant leaves lend their zing to Balinese cooking, including the fresh, raw sambal matah.
This single-ingredient oil is steam distilled from the leaf and sits at the top of the fragrance pyramid, a bright opener for diffuser blends. Palmarosa makes a good partner.

How to use
Diffusion: Use three or four drops in an essential oil diffuser.
Topical Application: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil, then apply to the desired area.
Inhaling: Hold the bottle a few inches under your nose and take three deep breaths.
