Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis) is steam distilled from the ripe berries of an evergreen shrub. Its aroma is balsamic, clean and woody, with a gently spicy edge.

As a middle note it adds crispness to a blend and pairs especially well with Bergamot, like a walk through a cold conifer forest.

How to use

Diffusion: Use three or four drops in an essential oil diffuser.

Topical Application: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil, then apply to the desired area.

Inhaling: Hold the bottle a few inches under your nose and take three deep breaths.
