Eucalyptus essential oil comes from the fresh leaves of the evergreen eucalyptus tree and is widely used for its powerful benefits.
Traditionally used to assist with respiratory infections including cough, cold, congestion, bronchitis, and sinusitis, eucalyptus oil is a powerful expectorant and decongestant.
When added to shampoo, it may increase blood flow to the scalp, boosting hair growth and preventing dandruff and psoriasis. How to use
Diffusion: Use three or four drops in an
essential oil diffuser.
Topical Application: Dilute one to two drops
with a carrier oil, then apply to the desired area.
Inhaling: Hold the bottle a few inches under
your nose and take three deep breaths.
